I am excited and extremely nervous to share that I have committed to running my first ultra marathon (118 km/73 miles - yikes!) in an effort to fundraise for our community's beloved Challenge Aspen!

While living, working and playing in the Roaring Fork Valley for the last EIGHT years (time flies) I have seen the incredible impact Challenge Aspen (a unique non-profit that cultivates year-round adaptive experiences) has had on the lives of countless individuals faced with cognitive and/or physical disabilities.
Ultimately, the challenge of fundraising $3,750 is more daunting to me than running 70+ miles, but I know with the help and faith many people from our community have given to Challenge Aspen in the past, currently, and in the future, we can succeed in fulfilling a commitment to allow incredible and inspiring people with unique stories to participate in activities that many of us love (and the reason many of us live in the Roaring Fork Valley.)
Please consider donating to a cause that has positively impacted lives and communities for over 20 years! Any amount, no matter how small, is a contribution to continuing Challenge Aspen's legacy and outreach.
