2025/26 Winter Local's Ski Program

This program is designed for individuals living in the Roaring Fork Valley with cognitive or developmental disabilities who can ski independently at at least an intermediate level. Participants in this program are able to compete on our Special Olympics Ski Race Team, if they so chose. These participants will go out on Thursdays and/or Saturdays and ski the NASTAR race course on Snowmass, practicing for Special Olympics Regionals and State Ski Race Competitions. There is also an option to not compete or race in Special Olympics, however partiipants still need to know how to ski and be able to ski independently.
